    "Could not say enough about this place. Came for dinner without any expectations, but it absolutely blew me away. Tartare was amazing, ink pasta delicious and beautifully garnished. But what got me the most were desserts. I'm originally from Europe and these were hands down the best desserts I've tried in the US in 7 years here. Not too sweet, with lots of flavor and elegant flavor combinations."

Words, certainly star ratings, fail when dishes are so well conceived, ingredients chosen with such care, preparation and cooking so faultless, and service so expert & hospitable that diners are transported. That was our experience tonight at Knife & Spoon. Our mains of grouper and crab creole were each unique in their complex flavor combinations, preceded by shared heirloom tomato salad with burrata and pesto. The wine list is extensive and well-curated. Courses were evenly spaced with time to savor without pressure, staff attentive without cloying. This is a world-class restaurant, as good as they come, and deserving of recognition for its uniformly high quality."
