What Does The Name Represent? 

Knife is representative of the cutting-edge dry-aged cuts of meat served in the restaurant and Spoon is representative of a fishing lure for the seafood dishes.  


What Is The Restaurant Concept? 

Knife & Spoon is a signature New American steak and seafood-forward cookery conceived and let by award-winning Chef John Tesar.  The bar evokes a fun atmosphere with an innovative approach - where less is more.  The bar team focuses on the classics.  The restaurant offers an array of steakhouse favorites while emphasizing local seafood dishes. Open for dinner only. 


What Makes Knife & Spoon Unique? 


Knife & Spoon merges Chef Tesar's cutting-edge meat and seafood.  Guests can choose 45, 60, 90, 120, 150, and 240-day dry-aged cuts nightly.  The aging process provides an incredibly tender cut of steak.  Meats will be cooked with a pan, not grilled - Tesar's preferred cooking method as it locks in all of the delicious flavors.  Beef will be sourced from 44 Farms where cattle feed has very little corn, the consistent diet provides for a better product. 44 Farms, located in Texas is America's Premiere Provider of 100% Black Angus Prime & Choice Grown Beef.
